2. EXTREMELY SENSITIVE EYES, EYELIDS SWOLLEN, CONJUCTIVITIS OR ANY EYE DISEASES
3. EYELASH PERMING DONE RECENTLY
4. RECENT EYE SURGERY
5. IF YOUR EYES GET DRY EASILY FROM WEARING CONTACT LENS, PLEASE BRING YOUR CONTACT LENS CASE & SOLUTION & REMOVE THEM BEFORE THE SERVICE.*OPTIONAL*

1. If you are confirm with the date and timing, you can pay your deposit ($15) paynow: 94575058 (nicole). So I can book your slot.
2.  After making payment please send a SCREENSHOT of your receipt to confirm your payment. (Do take note that once the payment has been made there is no refundable) 
3.  Changes of date and timing will only allow within 24 hours. To avoid Confusion. 
4.  There will be a 10 minutes grace period.  

• -10 mins late (50% deduction of deposit)
• -15 mins late (Deposit is forfeited)
• Conclusion: I am still acceptiong customer able to reach within 20 minutes for customer still went to proceed. However, after 15 mins late customer shall pay 100% of the actual cost.
• or else, will be charging of $15 (As per usual deposit amount) this is apply for both client that haven't made deposit with an appoinment or already made a deposit. (only applicable if you are late)
